MILFORD HUNT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
The purpose of the Homeowners Association of Milford Hunt is to protect the value of your home and the quality of your neighborhood. The Association undertakes various responsibilities, such as setting and collecting the maintenance fees required to operate the Association, maintaining landscaping and roads, managing snow removal, garbage collection, and the upkeep of the shared pumping station. It also organizes events and provides venues for neighborhood functions.
Homeowners in Milford Hunt made a decision to buy into a neighborhood and surroundings that include many aspects beyond their individual homes. This encompasses everything from the subdivision entries and common areas to the general condition of all homes in the neighborhood. They purchased with the expectation that their property, and those in their community, would be protected over time. The main goal of the Association is to support this expectation.
The Milford Hunt Homeowners Association is a member of the Milford Condominium Coalition Association (MCCA-CT), which represents homeowners' interests locally, statewide, and nationally.
